PART-TIME BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Centrality is looking for passionate, experienced analysts who are ready for the opportunity to take their leadership skills to a new level. At Centrality, our analysts maintain a small caseload that allows you the chance to work alongside your therapy team, providing your clients with the highest quality therapy. You will benefit from creating therapy programs with the knowledge of each client at a more personal level. We work closely with each family and allow you the chance to provide a hands-on training experience for staff and community members. Our part-time position will offer flexible hours, continuing education opportunities and a collaborative work environment. The position will start at 15-20 hours a week with the ability to move into a full-time position in the future.
-Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work or a related field for BCaBA's; Masters Degree in ABA, Education or a related Field for BCBA's
- Board Certification as a BCBA or BCaBA
- minimum 1 year experience as a program manager, case manager or therapist trainer
-minimum 1 years experience in providing 1:1 ABA therapy
PART-TIME and FULL-TIME BEHAVIOR THERAPISTS
At Centrality, our therapists are a vital part to what makes our company unique. In addition to providing 1:1 therapy in both the center and home environments, you will be given the opportunity to utilize your experience and passion for ABA as you work alongside your BCBA. Our close knit group of professionals work together and value the knowledge and skills each therapist brings to the team. As a 1:1 therapist, you will provide daily 1:1 therapy, collaborate with other therapists and managers on your client's case, and assist in parent training and social groups with a variety of clients. Educational opportunities include monthly trainings, weekly supervision from your management team as well as supervision for team members pursuing their BCaBA/BCBA. Candidates for this position are energetic, confident professionals who are looking to further their careers in ABA and take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field
-Some experience in providing 1:1 ABA therapy
-Registered Behavior Technician Certificate is encouraged, or will be provided by Centrality
